Fimmick Graduate Trainee - Digital Leadership Programme is designed to nurture future leaders of the digital marketing industry. As a graduate trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest MarTech, AI & data technology, learn from leading industry experts, and build personal networks as you master all aspects of digital marketing and leadership to achieve your career goals.
24-Month, Full-time Programme

MAR - APPLICATION DEADLINE
The submission deadline is 31 Mar 2023. Please prepare your CV and a 10-page self-introduction PowerPoint. Your PowerPoint should include:
APR - APTITUDE TEST
You will be invited via email to take part in our aptitude test. You can take the assessments at any time within a fixed number of days, as specified in the email.
MAY & JUN - INTERVIEWS
We conduct interviews in order to further assess your skills and compatibility with Fimmick's core values and culture. Interviews may be conducted online, over the telephone or in-person.
JUN - PROSPECT DAY CAMP
If you are successful in your interview, we will invite you to join us on our Prospect Day Camp. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about our company and to give you an insight into what it takes to be a Fimmicker.
LATE JUN - OFFER CONFIRMATION
If your application is successful, you can expect to receive confirmation at the end of Jun.

Q: How can I apply for the Programme?
A: Please submit your application. If you are shortlisted, we will invite you to an interview, usually within 1-3 weeks, for having a better understanding of your skills, experience and motivations.
Q: What should I include in my CV?
A: Your CV is your first opportunity to demonstrate your qualities and achievements. Make sure you give examples of your skills and achievements. Mention any hobbies or interests that have a particular relevance. Ensure your contact details are up to date and that the CV is no more than two pages long.
Q: Do I need a marketing/business-related degree to apply?
A: No, we welcome candidates from any disciplines to apply.
Q: I applied before. Can I reapply?
A: Yes, you may reapply if you applied our trainee programmes before.
Q: I will graduate next year. Can I apply now?
A: No, but you are welcome to join our programme next year. Be on the lookout for our news on our Facebook and Instagram.
Q: How many graduate trainees will you recruit?
A: The number of intakes each year varies according to our business needs and the candidates' fit to our selection criteria.
Q: Who has access to my application data?
A: We value your privacy. Your information will only be made available to Fimmick recruiters and managers who are relevant to your job application and this programme.
