Fimmick Digital Trainee Programme is an intensive traineeship programme for future digital marketing leaders. Our programme is designed to stretch and challenge you, and to equip you with the skills and experience needed to progress your career.
When you join us as a trainee, you will get extensive hands-on training, support from mentors and peers, and ample learning opportunities needed to succeed as a digital marketing professional. Job Duties
- Experience both client-facing & digital performance tasks
- Formulate the best digital marketing strategies and actionable plan for achieving client’s business objectives and goals
- Act as middleman to coordinate with internal teams to implement the best class of digital campaigns
- Optimise advertising campaigns with strategic digital marketing mindset
- Conduct research, manage ongoing campaign analysis and prepare performance reports
Job Requirements
- Tertiary education in any disciplines
- 0.5-3 years FULL-TIME working experience
- Proficient in using digital platforms (e.g. Google Workspace) and Chinese word processing
- Passionate, detail-minded, proactive, self & team motivated, willing to take responsibility
