Job Description

  • Implement and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various channels like Social, Display, Search, Programmatic, and Apps. Utilizing data-driven tools and technology to provide valuable recommendations and optimize campaigns for desired outcomes.
  • Utilize AI-powered platforms and tools to analyze consumer behavior, identify target audience segments, and create personalized marketing strategies.
  • Leverage data and tech tools in preparing performance reports with actionable insights highlighting key metrics and trends to support internal teams and clients in making informed decisions.
  • Assist in development of martech use cases, and continuous improvement of marketing strategies with new ad tech.
  • Stay updated with the latest business trends and technologies in the digital marketing industry, experimenting with new AI technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, analytics, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the evolving martech and ad tech landscape and identify innovative ways to leverage AI in digital marketing strategies.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in using MS Office or Google Drive, and Chinese word processing.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools for website analytics and tracking.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
