Digital Academy Manager

As the Digital Academy Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing a comprehensive program aimed at spreading the knowledge and allure of digital MarTech to the wider public. - Program Development:
Develop a comprehensive program outline for the Digital Academy, including course structure, content, tools and learning objectives. Ensure alignment with industry trends, digital marketing, data, MarTech, and AI advancements.
- Marketing and Promotion:
Create marketing materials and strategies to promote the Digital Marketing Academy and its courses. Develop compelling messaging, target relevant audiences, and utilize online advertising, social media, email marketing, and partnerships to generate interest and enrollments.
- Course Development and Management:
Work closely with subject matter experts and instructors to develop and refine course content, ensuring it meets the target audience’s needs. Manage the course delivery process, including scheduling, logistics, and instructor coordination.
- Curriculum Enhancement:
Stay updated on digital marketing, data, MarTech, and AI trends. Continuously evaluate and enhance the curriculum to incorporate emerging technologies, industry best practices, and evolving market demands.
- Participant Engagement:
Foster a positive learning environment and engage participants throughout the program. Facilitate discussions, address questions, and encourage collaboration among participants. Cultivate a sense of community within the Academy.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, associations, and relevant stakeholders to support the academy’s growth and ensure industry relevance. Collaborate with external experts and guest speakers to enhance the learning experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Knowledge and interest in digital marketing, data analytics, MarTech, and AI trends
- Experience in program development, curriculum design, and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, instructors, and participants
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify industry gaps, and develop relevant course content
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Passion for learning, staying updated with industry advancements, and a commitment to fostering professional growth in others
