Our (Senior) Account Executive participates in the full cycle of client-facing, internal team communication to produce high-quality customer loyalty campaigns to our clients. Job Description
- Plan and execute renowned clients’ digital & CRM yearly plans and campaigns
- Understand client’s evolving data marketing needs, analyse data and formulate actionable plans for achieving their business goals
- Work with an elite internal data team to unlock data insights
- Plan and execute clients’ CRM strategies (e.g customer data platform, CRM module development, journey automation, Web3.0 transformation, etc.)
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Information Systems or related disciplines
- At least 1 year’s account servicing experience
- Digital savvy and love learning digital and CRM trends (e.g. CDP, machine learning, metaverse, NFT, etc.)
- Detail-minded, proactive & outgoing, self-motivated, willing to take responsibility
- Can work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Applicant with less experience will be considered as Account Executive
