As Associate Account Director, you have to lead an elite team to deliver best-in-class digital projects while bringing up the team spirit among the team.
Job Description
- Take a lead in clients’ 360 degree Digital, MarTech & Data Driven projects & strategies
- Manage and grow a few account servicing teams, retain existing sizeable clients and pitch new prospecting clients
- Liaise with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
- Promote the expansion of business with existing clients
- Complete projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Use your skills to push clients, and the agency strategically
- Mentor juniors for their sustainable growth
- Keep abreast with the digital industry
Requirement
- University Graduate
- Minimum 8 years account servicing experience in Digital, Advertising or Media agency industry
- The ability to plan and strategies at a senior level
- Effective team management capabilities
- Good communication skill in English and Cantonese
- Excellent presentation skill
