What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute one of our renowned clients’ digital & CRM yearly plans and campaigns
- Understand client’s evolving digital transformation needs, campaign planning and formulate actionable plans for achieving their business goals
- Work with an elite internal technical scrum team to drive and develop digital platform and campaigns
- Plan and execute clients’ CRM strategies (e.g web application, journey automation, data strategy, etc.)
- Create and maintain positive & long-term relationships with clients
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years’ account servicing experience (CRM, digital marketing experience is an advantage)
- Digital savvy and love learning new digital trends (e.g. CDP, metaverse, NFT, etc.)
- Detail-minded, proactive & outgoing, self-motivated, willing to take responsibility
- Can work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Applicant with less experience will be considered as Senior Account Manager
