What YOU’ll Do

• Manage and grow a small account servicing team, retain existing clients and pitch new clients
• Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the best-in-class digital projects
• Understand client’s business needs and formulate the best digital marketing strategies and actionable plan for achieving their business objectives and goals
• Managing campaigns deliverables and coordinate with content team, creative team, digital team & project team to implement the best class of digital campaigns
• Ongoing results analysis, campaign optimization and digital strategy refinement
• Mentoring juniors for their sustainable growth

What YOU’ll Need

• University Graduate preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Information Systems, Ecommerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years account servicing experience in Digital, Advertising or Media agency industry
• Passionate, detailed mind, proactive/outgoing, self & team motivated, willing to take responsibility
• Good communication skill in English and Cantonese
• Good presentation skill
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager
