Job Responsibilities:
- Provide End-users technical support on Windows/MAC, Software, Printer troubleshooting
- Assist in server administration, troubleshooting and backup
- Liaise with vendors to maintain equipment and networking service in excellent conditions
- Handle ad-hoc assignments with appropriate instructions from supervisor or Management
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 1 years hands-on experience in end user support and troubleshooting
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Good knowledge in PC/MAC and Networking
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidate with more working experience will be considered as senior position
